It’s that time of year again
No, not thingymas that we’re not allowed to mention until after Hallowe’en.
It’s Nanowrimo time!
On the 1st of Nov, zillions of mad manic scribblers around the globe will be doing their thing to add to the burgeoning quantity of questionable literature that proliferates every November.
And seeing as how this is my fourth year of doing it, I need your help. I want to get out of my usual rut of writing, and try something new. To that end, I need a few ideas throwing into the mortar, to pound with the pestle of my imagination.
Throw me some ideas. Some character names, plot bunnies, stray things you think I need to include in my NanoNovel. Genres, settings, character flaws, inanimate objects. Be creative. Be silly. Be innovative.
But most of all, have some fun.

Knitting, it needs to have knitting - preferably Ninja Knitting…..

How about writing from the point of view of a ball of wool and how it sees the world around itself, hmmm!

It would be great to have a girl named Honey in it and a Luke. Perhaps it could take place in Ireland! That would be great and would suit the idea of your dad well too. Honey and Luke are no native Irish names, so they are from abroad….
hm, lemme think further. There issomething lost, something precious and both have to find it. When they find it they get great rewards - perhaps a better understanding of something. Perhaps they are brother and sister and argue much and have to work together to find the precious thing and can only then find it and in the end they will know that they are stronger together and it isn´t good to argue. You could read that to your girls, and I´ll translate that into German and Bulgarian and read it to my nephews and children, when they are older.
How´s that? Hope Tea doesn´t read your blog though. ^_^;
Greetings from a curious correction reader
