Introspective.
I have come to the conclusion that my computer must be criminalised. It is responsible for aiding and abetting me in wasting a huge amount of my time.
I spend hours just surfing and browsing and writing and browsing a bit more. Hours, days, weeks pass…
How can I squander so finite a resource? It should be illegal.
Most folks would say there are only 24 hours in any one day, which is true. But what is more important, and much more vital to remember - there is only this moment we are in and once it’s gone, it’s gone.
You can’t have this moment back. When you waste it, it’s history, memory, a dream. The next moment isn’t here yet. There is just this one, and what are you doing with it? Wasting it.
I’m having an introspective day, folks. Normal service will resume shortly.

I’m sharing this moment with you. That isn’t a waste

Funnily enough it’s since getting the laptop and therefore enabling easier access (no fighting with kids for comp time) that I’ve decided to pull back and live life for real and not solely through my screen…which is what it felt like I had begun to do!!!
When ARE we going to manage a meet up?

I am in complete agreement, have always thought ‘cyberlife’ is a waste when there are so many real experiences to be had. xxx
