Having problems

November 29, 2005

Choosing a template.

I don’t like this one. I didn’t like the last one.

In fact, I haven’t liked the last 6 I’ve tried out. :(

I can’t change font colour or shape or size - at least, not that I can see. I’ve tried!

Wordpress on my website, Kirsty said. Any suggestions?

  1. You can alter things on blogsome. I’ve done it. Completely rewrote a template. You need to do it in the style template, the css stuff.

  3. I liked my Blogger template. Sophisticated and classical. All of these are loud and brash and uncouth. :P

I’d be happier if I could change the font colour to a nice dark green, or even a darker purple. It’s a bit puce for me.

CSS, Merry? ‘nother language for me to learn?

  4. css is quite fun, if you use firefox you can get a plug in that allows you to play with it live as it were. This *is* wordpress, so yes, you could put it on your site (or wait til the weekend and I’ll do it for you ;) ) but it won’t automatically sort out your font issues. However, it would mean that you could import your blogger archives if you wanted to.
